We’ve been sitting on this list for a while without writing. That was intentional. We didn’t want to start another newsletter just to stay in touch.

This one has a very specific purpose. At CFF, we spend time paying attention to patterns across coffee businesses. Observing what’s quietly working, what’s misunderstood, and what compounds over time if you get it right early.

This newsletter is where we’ll share those observations without chasing hacks or trends.

You can expect:

• Written for coffee operators
